EDI in Pharmaceutical Water Purification System
EDI (Electro deionization) is a process in which the mixed ion exchange resin is used to adsorb the anions and cations in the feed water, and the adsorbed ions are removed through the anion and cation exchange membranes under the action of DC voltage. EDI organically combines the traditional electrodialysis technology ED and ion exchange technology IE. It is a process that continuously removes ions from raw water without using acid and alkali, and uses DC power to continuously produce high-quality pure water. What is Reverse Osmosis (RO) ?
